About Juliette Paris
Juliette Paris is a French jewelry house based in Paris. Founded in 2014 by Frédéric and Anastasiia Sourisse.
Véritables amoureux de la haute joaillerie, avec plusieurs année d’expérience dans cette industrie, ils ont décidé de combiner leur savoir-faire afin de donner vie à ce qui est, à ce jour, bien plus qu’une simple marque de bijoux… « Juliette Pairs ». Deux ans après la création de l’entreprise, leur fille ‘Juliette’ est née. C’est pour cela que l’on peut dire que Juliette Paris est le reflet d’une famille de passionné de bijoux, mais aussi, une famille pour « les bijoux ».

You can buy our jewelry directly from our site, however, we recommend that you visit one of our distributors first, to view, check the size and try on the items.
If you are far from our distributors , you can absolutely buy online | julietteparis.com . All collections on our websites are similar to those presented in stores.
Yes, you can try on the jewelry in the stores of all our distributors.
Our jewelry is made in our workshop in France . Customers who visit the showroom can see the workshop in which our fine jewelry pieces are born.

If you want something special outside of our collection, you can send photos and a detailed explanation of what you want.
Insert the details, the budget, and the stones you want, and we will get back to you with a quote and a description of the stones.
You can return an item within two weeks of purchase if you find a problem with the item. You also get one year free repairs on all items if there is a production defect. The warranty covers cases related to production errors such as setting of stones, metal, product quality, etc. To claim your warranty, simply go to the distributor where you purchased the jewel with the receipt/invoice .

Payment and delivery

You have three (3) solutions to place your order at Juliette Paris:
- You can make an appointment at the showroom to make your purchase and pay for it on the spot.
- You can shop at any Printemps store near you.
- Finally, you can place your orders online and pay on our website, with the PayPal secure payment system.
You can check the details of your order and correct any errors before confirming your order. Your order is recorded when you accept the general conditions of sale and make payment. Once these conditions have been accepted, the order can only be changed or modified within 24 hours. After this period, the order cannot be canceled, except in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal or force majeure.
Payments by cheque, bank transfer, credit card and cash are accepted in stores. For online purchases, you can easily pay with a PayPal account on the website. It is a safe and secure way.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay directly with your credit card from PayPal.
It is possible to pay for your purchases on our shop in four installments. However, this payment option is subject to PayPal's terms and conditions and may also depend on your PayPal account status. If you place your order in the stores of our distributors, the time depends on availability ( 1 to 2 weeks ). You can also place your orders easily on the website (in this case, count 6 to 8 weeks ).
Our products are delivered in mainland France free of shipping costs (and worldwide according to transport rates) within eight (8) weeks to the address indicated by the customer.
The price is calculated for all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, and excluding taxes on the invoice.
Customs fees or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable and will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you notice any defects in your order, you can return it within a period of two (2) weeks. To do so, you will need to present your payment invoice.

Chaque article d’une collection est fabriqué dans différentes couleurs afin que vous puissiez choisir votre couleur préférée.
Nous sommes spécialisés dans les diamants de couleur, et si vous ne trouvez pas la couleur du diamant que vous recherchez, vous pouvez passer une commande sur-mesure.
For diamonds of 0.50 ct and above, we provide a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certificate. br All Juliette Paris diamonds used on our jewelry are fully described on the piece's label and on our website, as confirmation of their quality.
Yes, you can wear our jewelry in the shower, but it is not recommended. It is best to keep jewelry away from any product that contains chemical ingredients.
Notre bague la moins chère est issue de la collection Juju. Il s’agit d’une bague en or blanc avec 0,07ct de diamants.
C’est un anneau ouvert tendance qui combine 7 diamants dans un sertissage invisible. Une bague à la mode, ludique et décontractée.
Ensuite, veuillez l’apporter à l’un des magasins de nos distributeurs pour le faire réparer ou nous contacter directement à info@julietteparis.com. N’essayez pas de le réparer vous-même, car cela nécessite l’intervention de spécialistes.
